How to order?

 

Every mural we create is tailored to your unique dimensions, allowing you to customize it to your liking. Simply click the "Get Quote" button on the product page. Our wallpaper experts will then provide a quote and a proof image via email. This image will provide a clear visual of how the mural will look, scaled to your specified dimensions.

Minimum order

 

Please note that our minimum order for wall murals is set at 30 square feet. For orders that fall below this size, we will still consider it as a 30 square foot order. This allows us to maintain quality and efficiency during production and ensures that we can continue to provide you with the best service possible.

How to measure my wall?

 

To create your dream wallpaper, accurate wall dimensions are crucial. Start by measuring your wall at multiple points to determine the maximum width and height (CM or Inch). Ensure to use a reliable tape measure for precision. As all our wallpapers are custom printed based on the dimensions provided by you, exact measurements are essential. To accommodate any minor measuring discrepancies, we add an extra 1-2% to the dimensions you give us (this only applies to mural orders). With these careful measurements in hand, we can start crafting your perfect wallpaper.

Do you accept custom print?

 

Yes, we do accept custom print. We can modify most of our existing designs, incorporate high-resolution images that you provide*. To initiate the process, please contact us via hello@thewallpublic.com. Provide the following details: wall width and height, preferred paper type, and a brief description of your custom mural request. A member of our Customer Service team will then reach out to you to help bring your envisioned space to life.

 

*Do note that the images you provide must be of high resolution. We typically require a minimum of 300dpi at full size, but this specification may vary based on the clarity of the original image and other factors. We have an account with Adobe Stock, so if you find any appealing images there, feel free to inform us and we can incorporate them into your design.

 

**Please note that for custom designs requiring extensive design work, we may charge a custom design fee. This fee, if applicable, will be included in your quote.

Do you provide installation service?

 

Yes,  we are happy to announce that we partner with professional installers in select states in Malaysia, ensures your wallpaper is mounted with precision and care. Once your wallpaper arrives at your location, you can conveniently schedule an installation with our partner installers.

 

Our installation services extend across multiple states in Malaysia, including Johor, Melaka, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Pulau Pinang. We're committed to reaching as many customers as possible, ensuring quality service regardless of location.

 

 

Can I order a sample pack?
